The growing partnership between the Australian and Chinese higher education sectors has taken another step forward with UTS Vice-Chancellor Professor Ross Milbourne signing a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Australian Technology Network (ATN) to increase cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU).
